Resentment
• While it's normal to struggle somewhat with your thoughts and feelings, there comes a point when these emotions may get out of hand and potentially become dangerous. Here are some warning signs of depression:
• Extreme sadness and hopelessness
• Lack of interest or motivation to perform your normal activities
• Inability to concentrate
• Decreased energy
• Insomnia or sleeping too much
• Unintended significant weight gain or loss
• Obsession and preoccupation with fertility
• Increased anxiety
• Extreme anger and resentment
• Persistent thoughts of suicide or death
• Be sure to seek help from your doctor or a mental health professional if you are feeling significant symptoms of depression over a prolonged period of time.
