Vitamin E

The benefits of vitamin E extend to both women and men. In fact, vitamin E is sometimes referred to as the antisterility vitamin because it has been linked to increased fertility in both sexes. Vitamin E appears to play an important role in reproductive function and helps to stabilize hormone production.

Increased production of cervical mucus in women can also be a benefit of taking vitamin E.

Among men, vitamin E may boost sperm quality. In one Israeli study published by Fertility Sterility in 1996, men who took 200 mg of vitamin E daily were able to dramatically increase their fertility rates after just one month.
